Kina glow ring

Translucent resin Kina, made using a real Kina shell found at Mākara Beach. 

These rings are made in several stages.  First the resin Kina model is made.  Next a cast sterling silver ring is made using my unique wax modelling process.  Each cast ring is absolutley one-of-a-kind, with its own unique flowing water effect.   The  finished cast ring is then fabricated to include a sterling silver platform and tube to allow the  Resin Kina to be rivetted to it.
